Storm Water pond at Maritime Way

We made multiple visits to the close-by storm water pond in Kanata beside the Qeensway hoping to see an early Black-crowned Night-Heron which had been reported during the period.  Alas, we missed it, but finally at least saw a Great Blue Heron.
