Three species of warblers were reported on these trails, which we had never been to. Lets' go!
This pond and trails are located in Kanata's Marchwood Lakeside area east of Terry Fox Drive. We parked on a residential street, and took a paved path through to the lake. Suddenly, we were in a beautiful wild area with birds (no warblers), turtles, even Blanding's, and many wildflowers. What a treat!
Before going home, we decided to check on the ravens at CTC. We found 5 hungry babies clamoring for food, while the parent sat at the top of the arena ignoring their calls.
