We got a new route this year, as last year's was too far away and not very productive. This route is around Panmure, an area we know fairly well. The bridge being out at Blakeney, complicates our route as we must cross the river at Almonte or Pakenham.
It was a bit too early for shrikes or grassland birds, but we did se a number of American Kestrels.
