Every time we went out looking, we would stop, see nothing, then, with patience, a small mixed flock would come through. The main places we went were the road by Lac Catherine and the road between our two boat launches. We saw a large young loon at Lac Boutin and had good sightings of the juvenile Bald Eagle out on our lake. A Ring-billed Gull devouring a dead Blue Jay was an interesting sight.
