Wood Ducks at Lac Deschenes

Noon, April 2  2011

On the way home from visiting Samuel, who was boiling sap again, we briefly stopped into the parking lot for the Deschenes Rapids on the Ottawa River Parkway.  We found the pair of Wood Ducks seen before, and also a second pair.  It was hard to isolate them from the Mallards and Canada Geese to get good photos.
