Bill & Barbara, Sami, Barb C, Connie & Jane started
at Hilda then moved on to Shirley’s Bay.
After putting out some seed, we did quite well here with all the regular
birds plus a snowshoe hare and porcupine.
We went down March Valley road without seeing anything, so
moved on to Berry Side Road for our first Osprey of the season.
From there it was Constance Creek, then another fruitless visit to Constance Bay for the Red-headed Woodpecker. We did manage a few good ducks.
We took a detour on Torbolton Ridge, then on to Carp to
check the flooded fields by the river.
More good ducks and a couple of Northern Harriers.
