It was a blistering hot day. We were looking after Molly, so went for an easy hike with at least some shade. We got a few decent birds, but could not get a photo of the several Gray Catbirds that were mewing away in the bush refusing to come into the open.
Afterwards, we checked our Flood Road, where we saw the Cardinal flowers.
