We got a tip from Paul L. 2 days earlier and scanned the whole area in the morning without success. We even returned in late afternoon and had no better luck. We met several locals who said that it had been seen on Tuesday, and that it has the habit of taking a couple of days off.
So after our Manotick adventure, we took a chance and returned this afternoon. Bingo!
We called Jane and she came right over with Ann G. They both got it!
We called BarbC, but she was on the way to Windsor. We also called Ken, but it was too far and too late for him to attempt it.
