Dow's Lake

We parked at Fletcher and hiked down the hill to Dow's Lake after lunch.  The Hudsonian Godwit that had ben reported, was last seen in the morning, unfortunately.  But we did see a distant Black-bellied Plover, all 3 species of merganser, and a surprise Bald Eagle that was hunting the abundant ducks.  We finished the day with a Gadwall, that was very close offering excellent photos.
