We decided to go to Ecolands park on the Rideau where a Belted kingfisher has been reported. Well, no action whatsoever. So, we continued on to Manotick and checked out AY Jackson Park, across from Watson's Mill. There were only Mallards, but two of them were getting it on. Note, photos are blurry due to falling snow.
We crossed the bridge and took Rideau Valley Drive. We stopped when we saw a couple of Common Mergansers, then also spotted an Otter.
