Saturday was looking like the best day, so we contacted Kirk to come to the cottage to pull out our boat with this Nissan Rogue. He also helped with removing the decking from our dock.
We went for a hike and saw a few Yellow-rumped Warblers and a downy. We noticed Mimi and Kate heading out for a last tour with her boat to see the fall colours.
We finished taking out our dock and heard a hawk calling repeatedly. It was high up, but we saw it well enough to identify it as a Red-shouldered Hawk.
