An RBA arrived this morning about a very rare Painted Bunting. We hustled over to Hilda. Tony & Nina and Bruce were all there along with many others. I believe that a province-wide alert went out. We had to wait for 90 minutes in the light drizzle, but it finally showed up around 11 am. Tony said it was a first for his Ottawa list (#334). In the meantime, we enjoyed the Field Sparrows and White-throated Sparrows.
