We awoke on Sunday morning to the persistent calling of an Eastern Phoebe right outside our bedroom window. No wonder! The nest was right over our window.
After breakfast, Bill mixed up some sourdough bread dough, and went fishing while waiting for the second rise.
He baked the bread when he returned. It turned out well! We had it for supper.
Barbara suggested we take Grant out to see the eagles and some loons. A Common Tern is nesting at Seagull Rocks where there is normally a loon nest.
