TA Ravine Kinglets

April 21, 2020

It was a nasty wet windy day.  We waited until the snow and rain stopped, then went for a short hike to the ravine.  It was somewhat out of the wind and more pleasant down there.  We did not have great expectations, but, in fact, there were several FOS Ruby-crowned Kinglets flitting around.  They are even harder to photograph than their golden-crowned cousins.

We also saw two kinds of woodpeckers and other common birds on our walk.
